Return & Refund Policy

At The Handicraft Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged during transit.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with original packaging.

  • Include all accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Items showing signs of use.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Return Request

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product (if damaged)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect products delivered

Subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), return shipping costs will be borne by The Handicraft Hub.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Our team will arrange a suitable replacement or refund after verification.
